Inbetween worked as Academic Co coordinator at KUCTE Adoor. Worked as additional examiner in theory papers valuation camps and practical examiner of B.Ed. Programme. Organized, participated and presented papers in various State, National and International seminars and webinars. Participated and got A+ in Orientation Programme and Refresher Courses in Education at UGC- ASC, Thiruvananthapuram and also participated in Workshops under DIET. Delivered speeches as Resource person in IGNOU B.Ed. (Distance Edn.) and MES college community programme. Being a teacher is my passion and profession, still continuing the best practices for the wellness of society.

Delivered speech as a resource person in  programmes oganised by BRC and Primary schools. Organised webinars and participated in various seminars and webinars .Attended various curriculum orientation programmes and  workshops. Participated in community living camps and tour programmes. Worked as an additional examiner of valuation and practical examiner of different colleges under university of Kerala. As a techno pedagogue and reflective practitioner still continuing at KUCTE, Adoor for many more better tomorrows.

She did her post-graduation in Genetics and  Plant breeding, Education and also in Sociology. She has qualified UGC NET in Education. She has been working for fourteen years. Being passionate about teaching, she imbibed paths of betterment to her students and is continuing.

M.A. In Public Administration and M.Phil. in Theatre Arts & Film Aesthetics for Education under the guidance of Dr. Vayala Vasudevan Pillai. Working at Kerala University College of Teacher Education, Adoor for the past six years (since October 2015). He has acted in more than hundred theatre productions all over India including National and International Festivals like Bharath Rang Maholsav, ITFOK, Rangayan Festival etc. He worked as the lead actor in the movie Sexy Durga which won the famous Hivos Tiger award in 2017 and many more. He had acted in more than 25 movies in prominent roles which include Cold Case, Pathinettam Padi, Finals, Pada, Lilli etc. Acted in around Seventy short films  which won many national and international awards    . B Grade Drama Artist of Akashavani. Worked as theatre trainer at  Jawahar balabhavan, Trivandrum. Worked as theatre trainer at  Sai Krishna Public school, Trivandrum. Guest Faculty on Acting at Amrutha Nritha Kalabhavan, Kumily. Guest Faculty on Theatre Trainer at Thonnakkal Ashan Smarakam , Trivandrum. Had  conducted many workshops for actors, directors, script writers, theatre technicians under the banner of Kanal Theatre Group. He is also working as the treasurer of Kanal Samskarika Vedhi which is a cultural organization by the alumni students of Centre for Performing and Visual Arts, University of Kerala formed to promote the cultural and artistic talents of youth and interested persons.
